BASIR-MAI-TSIRO

A cikin duburar 'dan adam akwai jijiyoyin jini
wadanda wani lokacin suna samun matsatsi
da talala mai takurasu. A lokacinda suka
samu takurawa da yawa, sai su kumbura.
Kumburin wadannan jijiyoyin jini na kara matsi
da takura a garesu cikin dubura. Dalilin
wannan yanayi marar-dadi ga jijiyoyin, sai
kaga wani tsiro ya fito maka a bakin dubura
wanda jijiyar jinince. Zakaji ciwo, ko kai-kayi
koma zubar jini. Wannan lamari shine Malam
Bahaushe ke kira da BASIR-MAI-TSIRO
(Hemorrhoid/ Pile).
Wasu daga dalilanda ke haddasa shi sune
kamar haka:
1. Gaggawa wajen yin yun'kurin kasaye
abunda dake cikin mutum (kashi). Hakan na
takurama jijiyoyin dubura.

2. Yawan zawo(gudawa) ko 'kin fitowar kashi
maisa yawan tsugunni a ban-daki.
3. Yawan kiba, musamman wajen mara ko
duwawu.

4. Juna-biyu da nakuda (musamman wajen
yunkurin fito da jinjiri daga farji). Yana yima
dubura talala da matsi.

5. Jima'i ta dubura (haramun!). Masu jima'i da
iyalansu ta dubura da mafi yawan 'yan luwadi
na fama da basir mai tsiro.

6.Zama mai tsawo kamar na cikin mota ko na
tela, da sauransu.

7. Matsalolin zuciya kona anta na tsawon
lokaci wanda ka iya jaza talalar jijiyoyin jini.
8. Da sauransu.

Zaka iya maganin rashin fitowar kashi maisa
yawan tsugunni ta hanyar cin 'ya'yan itace da
ganye (fibre foods). Yana da kyau sosai ga
marar-lafiya ya rinka tafasa ruwan zafi ya bari
yayi 'dumi ya gasa basir nashi da auduga ko
kuma ya zauna cikin robar ruwan mai dumi
minti 30 sau 2 a rana, domin samun saukin
ciwo da kumburi. Bayan angama gasawa toh
sai asamu DETTOL a wanke wajen domin
gudun kamuwa da wata bakuwar cuta. Aje
asibiti neman magani. Haka kuma zaka iya
neman taimakon magani daga gare mu. Allah
ya taimaka, Ameen.
Akwai wani irin nau'in basir na cikin ciki maisa
zawo da jini wanda wata cuta ke jazawa ta

AMFANIN ZOGALE GA JIKIN 'DAN ADAM

Zogale
(Moringa oleifera) itaciya ce mai ban mamaki dangane
da amfaninta ga lafiyar 'dan adam. Allah
(S.W.T.) yasa albarka da waraka ga
wannan itaciya. Zogale abinci ne mai romon sinadaran lafiya a bayan kasa, baza'a iya kwatanta shiba da sauran ganyaye ta fuskar amfaninsa ga lafiyar 'dan adam. Wannan dalili yasa wasu ke kiransa da suna ITACIYAR RAYUWA ( The tree of life). Ganyen zogale na kunshe da romon
sinadari mai yawa na VITAMIN A (wanda ke
karama idanun 'dan adam lafiya da gani) fiye da
VITAMIN A dake cikin karas har sau 4. Ganyen
zogale haka kuma yana da sinadari mai yawa na
CALCIUM (mai sanya qashi da hakoran 'dan
adam kwari da lafiya) fiye da yawan na cikin madara linki 4. Yana da sinadarin
VITAMIN C (wanda ke karfafa garkuwar jikin 'dan adam domin fada da cututtuka masu kai farmaki ga lafiyar mutum),
yanada wannan sinadarin mai yawa fiye da irin
wannan sinadarin dake cikin lemu har linki 7.
Haka kuma yanada sinadarin PROTEIN (sinadari
mai gina jikin 'dan adam), fiye da na cikin madara sau 2. Bugu da qari, yana da VITAMIN E
(sinari mai gyara fata da lafiyar fata). Masana ilimin kimiyya da bincike akan wannan itaciyar lafiya sun bayyana cewa ZOGALE/ZOGALA nada wadannan magunguna:
-Yana daidaita sukari cikin jini.

-Yana taimakama mace mai shayarwa da ruwan nono.

-Yana saukake narkewar abinci a ciki.

KALUBALE GA MA'AURATA - KASHI NA 4

Salam. A wannan karo zamuyi nazari akan
amfanin jima'i ga lafiyar ma'aurata. Hakika Allah
(S.W.A.) yasa albarka a cikin rayuwar aure. Toh
albishirinku ma'aurata da matasa masu shirin
zama anguna da amare. Aure nada muhimmanci
sosai ga rayuwar 'dan adam. Aure sunnar
Annabin muce (S.A.W.), ibadane, more
rayuwane, kwanciyar hankaline, mutumcin 'dan
adam da kuma kariya. Wadannan abubuwa da
muka zayyana akwai hanyoyin da akebi na
Musulunci domin a cimma nasarar samun su a
cikin aure, haka kuma bayanin kowanensu na
bukatar sharhi mai fadi na ilimi. Don haka sai
anemi bayanan malaman sunnah. Adaidai
wannan wurin, zamu takaita kan mu wajen
bayanai akan amfanin jima'i ga lafiya: ma'ana-
abunda zaka iya moruwa dashi na lafiya da
jima'i ke amfanarwa. Ko shakka babu, fahimtar
wannan mas'ala zai iya baka damar sanin
hanyar halas da zaka iya magance wasu
matsalolin lafiya ta hanyar saduwa da iyalinka.
Haka kuma, zaya sanya ka cikin mamaki da
fahimtar rahamar Allah madaukakin Sarki
akanka. Daga cikin wannan abubuwa da jima'i
ke maganinsu sun hada: rage hawan-jini (BP),
rage wahala, karfafa garkuwar jiki, gyara maniyyi
da sauransu.

1. RAGE HAWAN-JINI :

Abisa wasu bayanai masu inganci da muka
tattaro na wasu masana kimiyya, yin jima'i
tsakanin ma'aurata na taimakawa wajen rage
hawan-jini a lokacin da yake hauhawa.

2. HUCE WAHALA:

Idan maigida ya dawo aiki ya shawo wahalar
aikin ofis, ta kasuwa ko wata wahala mai wuyar
gaske kuma ya naso ya huta, toh sai yayi
wanka, yaci abinci, ya kuma sha ruwa ko lemu,
sa'annan ya sadu da iyalinsa. Ko shakka babu
zai samu wani irin hutu da bacci mai dadi da kuma
debe wahala. Jima'i na rage 'stress' da
'pressure' sosai.

3. KARFAFA GARKUWAR JIKI:

Binciken wasu masana kimiyya ya nuna cewa,
mutane (magidanta) masu yin jima'i akai-akai
sunfi yawan sinadarin "antibody" a cikin jikinsu
fiye da wanda basu yin jima'i kamar yawan
nasu. Shi dai wannan sinadari amfaninsa shine
kare jikin 'dan adam daga cututtuka (germs,
viruses and other intruders) masu kai farmaki a
cikin jiki su cutar da lafiya- wato garkuwane ga
jikin 'dan adam . Toh saidai yana da kyau
mutum ya yawaita cin abincin dazai kara masa
lafiyar jima'i kamar yanda muka bayyana a can
baya . Kuma mutum ya rinka hutawa don samun
cikakkiya lafiya da ni'ima.

4. GYARA MANIYYI:

Mutum mai saduwa da iyalinsa akai-akai, ilimi
ya nuna cewa maniyyinsa na kara inganci da
lafiya. Zaya samu sabon maniyyi ya zubda
tsohon maniyyi. Hakan zai iya taimakawa sosai
wajen saurin samun juna biyu ga iyalinsa. Haka
kuma, sabunta saduwa da uwargida na kara
mata sha'awa da ni'imar ruwa (vaginal
lubrication) domin saduwa da maigida cikin
sauki da santsi. Wannan rahotone daga wata
mai ilimi akan kiwon lafiya (Assistant clinical
professor of obstetrics and gynecology at
Northwestern University's Feinberg School of
Medicine in Chicago).

5. RAGE CIWO:

Jima'i na rage radadin ciwo kamar irin na ciwon
jiki ko na baya da sauransu. A lokacin da mutum
yayi inzali, jikinsa na samarda wani irin sinadari
(hormone oxytocin), wannan sinadari yana
taimakawa sosai wajen samarda wani sinadarin
kuma (endorphins) wanda keda tasiri kamar na
maganin "aspirin" da "panadol" (pain relievers)
masu rage zafin ciwo. Jima'i magani me mai
karfi na ciwo. Idan mutum yanaso ya gane
gaskiyar wannan zance, a lokacin da yake jin
wani ciwo a jikinsa, ya saurara yaji idan akwai
ciwon lokacin yake kawowa (inzali).

6. GYARA ZUCIYA:

Masana kimiyya sun bayyana jima'i a matsayin
wani nau'in motsa-jiki (exercise). Motsa jiki
nada muhimmanci sosai ga lafiyar mutum. Yana
gyara lafiyar zuciyar 'dan adam da kuma kare ta
daga cututtuka masu kai farmaki. Yana sanya
gudanar jini a zuciya da sauran jiki yanda ya
kamata domin samun cikakkiyar lafiya.

7. RAGE KIBA:

Yawan jima'i nasa rama. Kada mu manta da
cewa jima'i wani nau'i ne na motsa-jiki.Yana
kone sinadaran kuzari (calories) wanda
taruwarsu da yawa a jiki ba tare da amfani dasu
ba ke jaza kiba (weight gain). Jima'i na tsawon
rabin awa na kone/amfani da kimanin 75 ko 150 na
sinadarin. Anyi kiyasin cewa mutum na kone sinadarin
kimanin 129 yayinda yake tafiya a kasa tsawon
rabin awa.Yawan kiba nada illa sosai ga lafiya.
Yana haddasa ciwuka kamar na zuciya, ciwon
suga da ciwon kafafu ko gabbai. Toh masu kiba
ga wata dama ta samu - Jima'i hanyace ta rage
kiba.

8. GYARA FATA:

Fata tayi kyau da kala mai kyau mai alamun
lafiya.

9. GYARA MAFITSARA:

Yana gyara lafiyar mafitsarar mata domin rike
fitsari da sauransu dai mutakaita.

Wadannan bayanai da suka gabata basa yin
nuni cewa mutum ya yawaita yin jima'i da
iyalansa. Yawan yin jima'i na iya sanya mutum
ya tsotse ya kuma rasa wasu sinadarai masu
muhimmanci a jikinsa. Nemi Karin bayani daga
malaman addini da kuma likitoci akan a dadin
yawan jima'i da mutum yakamata ya rinka yi a
sati don cikakkiyar lafiya da ni'ima. To amma adadin

KALUBALE GA MA'AURATA - KASHI NA 3


Salam. A wannan karo zamu yi bayani akan wasu daga cikin dangin kayan marmari da sinadarai da ma'aurata zasu iya bawa sha'awarsu - wato abinci da sinadarai masu karama ma'aurata lafiyar jima'i da ni'ima. Ko shakka babu, bayanai da mukayi a baya (a kashi na 2) zasu haskaka ma mai-karatu wajen fahimtar inda muka dosa idan ya karanta.
1.  KANKANA (watermelon)
Kankana na daga cikin kayan marmari da ma'aurata zasu iya more amfaninta a gadonsu. Kankana nada sinadari mai yawa na CITRULLINE. Kashi 92 cikin 100 na kankana ruwa ne ,sauran kashi 8 na sinadarin ne. Amfanin wannan sinadari shine - yana sanya hanyoyin jini a cikin jiki su saki jiki. Hakan nasanya karuwar gudanar jini ga al'aura da kuma sauran jiki. Sakamakon haka nasanya karfin mazakuta da ni'ima tsakanin ma'aurata a lokacin saduwa. Yana karama mata ni'ima da nishadi sosai. Wannan sinadari yafi yawa ga bayan kankanar (fari). Duk da haka, akwai sinadarin mai yawa a cikin tsokar kankanar. Tasirin sinadarin yayi kamada na VIAGRA - maganin karfin mazakuta. A yanzu hakadai, masana-kimiyya na nazari akan samarda sabon irin-kankana wanda zai samarda sinadarin mai yawa a cikin kankana domin amfani dashi kamar magani wajen al'amarin jima'i. Asha Kankana minti 30 kafin a fara saduwa. Haka kuma yana da kyau ga lafiya mutum yamaida kankana abincinsa.

2.   AIBA (Banana)
Aiba na taimakawa sosai wajen kara sha'awar miji da mata. Tana kunshe da sinari-maikara-sha'awa "bromelain" (an enzyme). Haka kuma tanada romon sinadarai masu sa kuzari da lafiya.


3.  DANYA (almond)
Danya na daga cikin manya-manyen abincin ma'aurata. Tana tsokano   sha'awar miji da mata. Haka kuma tana kara karfin maza. Za'a iya amfani da manta a zuba cokali 2 a sha a shayi sau 2 a rana.


4.  TAFARNUWA (Garlic)
Tafarnuwa nada sinadarin "allicin". aikin sinadarin a jikin mutum yayi kama dana kankana. Mutum na iya amfani da kafsol din tafarnuwa (garlic capsules) idan yana gudin yawan warinta. Hakan zai rage warinta akan cin tafarnuwar kai-tsaye. Amma yafi inganci ayi dubara aci tafarnuwar a wani abinci ko kuma wata hanyar. Idan kafsol za kayi amfani dashi toh sai asha guda 2 minti 30 zuwa 40 kafin saduwa. Kada kayi amfani da tafarnuwa lokacin zuwa Masallaci ko cikin jama'a, zaka iya cutar da jama'a. Zaifi ayi amfani da ita da dare , sa'annan awanke baki da brush da toothpaste.


5.  YAJI (Chilli pepper)

 Da yawa daga cikin mutane na tunanin cewa yaji bayada wani amfani sai kawai kawo matsalar zafi da basir. Wannan zance ba haka yakeba. Idan yaji nada illa ta wani bangaren toh kuma yana da amfani wani bangaren. Yaji na taimakawa wajen son cin abinci (good appetizer) idan mutum yayi amfani dashi ga abinci. Bayan haka, yaji yana da sinadari mai yawa na CAPSAICIN, sinadari mai tasiri kamar na kankana da mukayi bayani a baya. Yana hura wutar sha'awa ga ma’aurata. Haka kuma, Idan muka lura, akwai magungunan 'da'a na gargajiya kamarsu YAJIN-MAZA da YAJIN-MATA da muke jin sunansu a kasuwa. Sirrin wadannan magunguna ya dogarane da sinadarin yajin.

GARGADI : Kada kayi ta cin yaji da yawa don kaji yana kara lafiyar jima'i. Yana iya haddasa maka da matsalolin ciki ko basir. Ayi amfani dashi a farfesun nama na kayan-ciki, kaza ko na kifi. Idan kanada olsa (ulcer) ko wata matsala da yaji, ka guji yaji, toh kaji!

6.  WASU DAGA NAU'IKAN ABINCIN MA'AURATA

 A takaice ga wasu daga cikin sauran abincin mai-gida da uwar-gida: kifi, kaza, madara, kwakwa, kwai, hanta, citta, abarba, gyada, wake, karas, choculate da sauransu. Musani cewa motsa-jiki (exercise) nada matukar muhimmanci wajen cikakkiyar lafiyar jima'i da kuma lafiyar mutum ga baki daya. Allah yasa mu dace.

AMFANIN KANIMFARI GA LAFIYA



 

1. Yana maganin ciwon hakori. Zaka iya amfani da man-kanimfari (clove oil) ga hakori mai-ciwo ko kuma kanimfarin (dakakke) , a jikashi kadan da ruwa a lika wajen hakori mai-ciwo. Idan mai ( clove oil) kake amfani dashi sai asamu auduga a zuba man kadan a lika wajen hakori mai-ciwo (ka danne da hakora).

2. Za’a iya amfani dashi a matsayin abun wanke baki. Yana maganin warin baki (a tafashi a yawaita wanke baki dashi sau 2 ko 3 a rana).

3. Yana hana zubar hanci ga masu mura. A tafasashi da citta/jinja (ginger) a sha shayi.

4. Yana maganin cututtuka (infections caused by bacteria, fungi and virus ) na cikin jiki ko na bayan fata, kamar kuraje (spots and rashes), makero (ring worm) da kyanda (measles).

5. Yana maganin zawo da amai da zazzabin cizon sauro.
6. Yana saukake narkewar abinci a ciki.

7. Yana maganin ciwon kai. A shafa man kanimfari a goshi.Yana taimakawa wajen ciwon kai da mura kan jazawa.

8. Yana kara karfin mazakuta idan aka shafa mansa kadan ga mazakuta.

        GABATARWA

                 Kwalwar ‘dan adam itace babbar na’ura dake tafiyarda mafi yawancin ayyuka da jikin mutum kanyi - itace ke sarrafa duk kanin gabobi da sassan jikin mutum, kama daga tunani, ido, kunne, baki, hanci, kyaftawa, numfashi, magana, tafiya, taimakon mutum wajen harda da sauransu. Allah (S.W.A.) ya karrama ‘dan adam da kuma halittarsa. Kwalwar mutum tafi sauran kwalwar halittu dake bayan kasa dangane da tsarin halittarta, basira da yawan ayyukanta masu ban-mamaki a rayuwar ‘dan adam. Kwalwar mutum anyi wayarin nata da wasu wayoyin sadarwa masu yawa (nerves) zuwa duk kanin sassan jiki. Wadannan wayoyi suna da amfani na daban-daban. Su wadannan wayoyin sadarwa (nerves) sun lullube duk kanin jikin mutum dun daga tushensu akai (kwalwa) har zuwa kafafuwa. Amfanin wadannan wayoyin sadarwa ga kwalwa shine – daukar sakonni daga kwalwa zuwa sassan jiki ko gabobi. Misali, idan mutum yayi niyyar yin magana, kwalwarsa zata bada sakon umarni ta hanyar wayoyin sadarwar zuga gabobin jiki masu sarrafa sautin magana (su huhu, harshe, hakora, lebba da sauransu). Daga nan sai subi umarni sai baki ya furta abunda ake bukata, wanda dama can kwalwa ta riga ta yanke shawara akan abunda bakin ya fada. Da wannan hanyoyin sadarwa kwalwa ke mallakar dukkan sassan jiki wajen sarrafasu.


             Haka ma, sha’awar mutum namiji ko mace na farawane daga kwalwa. Anan zamuyi bayani akan ‘dabi’ar namiji kadai. A lokacinda mutum namiji ya fuskanci iyalinsa ko wani abu na iyalinsa ya tsokano sha’awarsa ga abunda ke faruwa: kwalwa zata aika da sako zuwa hanyoyin sadarwarta dake wajen al’aurar mutum - cewa jijiyoyin al’aura su saki jiki su kumbura ta yanda za’a iya aiko da jini ya shiga cikin al’aura. Dazaran hakan ya faru, sai a harbo jini da karfi ta yanda jijiyoyin mazakutar mutum zasu kumbura (sai mazakutar mutum ta mike). Daman dai ita al’aurar namiji jijiyoyine da tsoka. Yanayin tsokar kan al’aurar yayi kama da soso. Jinin da aka harbo na cika wannan sosan tsokar da jijiyoyi sa’annan sai a kulle jinin har zuwa wani lokaci ko kuma zuwa lokacinda mutum ya biya bukatar jima’i.


DALILAN DAKE HADDASA MATSALAR RASHIN KARFIN MAZAKUTA 
(CAUSES OF ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION)

            Rashin karfin mazakuta na nufin matsalar rashin cikakken karfin al’aurar namiji ko raguwar karfin al’aura yayinda aka fara saduwa ko kuma rashin mikewar al’aura yayinda ake bukatar fara jima’i. Bincike ya nuna cewa wannan matsala tafi yawa ga masu shekaru 40 zuwa 70, kuma tana karuwane a lokacinda mutum yake manyanta. Saidai duk da haka akwai matasa da dama masu irin wannan matsala. Wasu daga cikin dalilan wannnan matsalar sune kamar haka:

1. Ciwon suga, hawan jini da yawan kolesterol a cikin jini (diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol). Irin wadannan matsalolin zagayawar jini a jiki da danginsu (blood circulatory problems) sune matsoli na farko masu haddasa rashin karfin mazakutar namiji ga mutane da dama.


2. Ciwon daji (cancer) na iya yima jijiyoyin jini ko hanyoyin sadarwar kwalwa illa, wanda wadannan hanyoyi suke taimakawa wajen mikewar gaba kamar yanda muka yi bayani a 
baya.


3. Hadari (accident) wanda ka iya shafar sashen al’aura ko wani bangaren kwalwa mai taimakawa wajen mikewar al’aura.


4. Yawan damuwa akan matsalolinda suka faru da mutum na rayuwa da kadaici (depression).

5. Shan sigari (smoking). Taba ko sigari na cunkushe hanyoyin jini. Tana iya sanya karancin zuwan jini ga al’aura, daga nan sai asamu rashin karfin gaba. 

6. Shan giya da kwayoyi (alcoholism and drugs). Matsalar yawan shan-giya na iya haddasa rashin karfin namiji koda kau mutum bai sha giyarba lokacin jima’i, domin kuwa tana zama cikin jini. Haka kuma, shaye-shayen kwayoyi don maye da wasu nau’in kwayoyi da akeba mararsa lafiya a asibiti (their side effects), kamar kwayoyin maganin ciwon daji (anti-cancer medications).

7. Rashin kwanciyar hankali ko fargaba yayin jima’i (anxiety). Idan mutum yana tunanin cewa bazai iya biyama iyalinsa bukatar jima’i ba (misali sabuwar amaryarsa ) saboda wata matsala da yake fargaba, ko kuma yana tunanin cewa baya gamsar dasu, toh yana iya jefa kansa cikin wani halin fargaba da zaisa ya rasa karfin gaba lokacin saduwa.

8. Karancin sha’awa wanda kai tsaye nada alaka da rashin cikakkiyar lafiyar mutum.

9. Karancin sha’awar saduwa da wata macen cikin matan maigida. Hakan na faruwa idan matar batasan yanda zata jawo hankalin maigidan taba wajen kwanciya. Wannan dalili na haddasa matsalar rashin karfi. Wasu dalilan kuma nada alaka da maigidan kan bukatarsa. Shiyasa wasu mazajen ke kara aure.


10. Yawan Kiba (obesity) na hana maza karfin mazakuta, kuzari  da kuma haddasa kankancewar al’aura. Da sauransu.


              Idan mutum yasan yanada daya daga cikin wadannan matsaloli, toh yakamata ya garzaya asibiti da wuri domin neman lafiya da kuma shawarwarin likita. Haka kuma yanada matukar muhimmanci mutum ya guji magungunan karfin namiji nakan hanya barkatai. Zamu bayyana abinci na ‘yayan itatuwa, ganye da shawarwari da zasu taimakama masu wannan matsala, nan gaba, insha Allahu. Idan matsalar tayi girma toh mutum ya tafi asibiti kawai dan shawo kan matsalar da wuri. Allah yataimaka. Ameen.

Kwalwar ‘dan adam itace babbar na’ura dake tafiyarda mafi yawancin ayyuka da jikin mutum kanyi - itace ke sarrafa duk kanin gabobi da sassan jikin mutum, kama daga tunani, ido, kunne, baki, hanci, kyaftawa, numfashi, magana, tafiya, taimakon mutum wajen harda da sauransu. Allah (S.W.A.) ya karrama ‘dan adam da kuma halittarsa. Kwalwar mutum tafi sauran kwalwar halittu dake bayan kasa dangane da tsarin halittarta, basira da yawan ayyukanta masu ban-mamaki a rayuwar ‘dan adam. Kwalwar mutum anyi wayarin nata da wasu wayoyin sadarwa masu yawa (nerves) zuwa duk kanin sassan jiki. Wadannan wayoyi suna da amfani na daban-daban. Su wadannan wayoyin sadarwa (nerves) sun lullube duk kanin jikin mutum dun daga tushensu akai (kwalwa) har zuwa kafafuwa. Amfanin wadannan wayoyin sadarwa ga kwalwa shine – daukar sakonni daga kwalwa zuwa sassan jiki ko gabobi. Misali, idan mutum yayi niyyar yin magana, kwalwarsa zata bada sakon umarni ta hanyar wayoyin sadarwar zuga gabobin jiki masu sarrafa sautin magana (su huhu, harshe, hakora, lebba da sauransu). Daga nan sai subi umarni sai baki ya furta abunda ake bukata, wanda dama can kwalwa ta riga ta yanke shawara akan abunda bakin ya fada. Da wannan hanyoyin sadarwa kwalwa ke mallakar dukkan sassan jiki wajen sarrafasu.


Haka ma, sha’awar mutum namiji ko mace na farawane daga kwalwa. Anan zamuyi bayani akan ‘dabi’ar namiji kadai. A lokacinda mutum namiji ya fuskanci iyalinsa ko wani abu na iyalinsa ya tsokano sha’awarsa ga abunda ke faruwa: kwalwa zata aika da sako zuwa hanyoyin sadarwarta dake wajen al’aurar mutum - cewa jijiyoyin al’aura su saki jiki su kumbura ta yanda za’a iya aiko da jini ya shiga cikin al’aura. Dazaran hakan ya faru, sai a harbo jini da karfi ta yanda jijiyoyin mazakutar mutum zasu kumbura (sai mazakutar mutum ta mike). Daman dai ita al’aurar namiji jijiyoyine da tsoka. Yanayin tsokar kan al’aurar yayi kama da soso. Jinin da aka harbo na cika wannan sosan tsokar da jijiyoyi sa’annan sai a kulle jinin har zuwa wani lokaci ko kuma zuwa lokacinda mutum ya biya bukatar jima’i.


DALILAN DAKE HADDASA MATSALAR RASHIN KARFIN MAZAKUTA
(CAUSES OF ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION)

Rashin karfin mazakuta na nufin matsalar rashin cikakken karfin al’aurar namiji ko raguwar karfin al’aura yayinda aka fara saduwa ko kuma rashin mikewar al’aura yayinda ake bukatar fara jima’i. Bincike ya nuna cewa wannan matsala tafi yawa ga masu shekaru 40 zuwa 70, kuma tana karuwane a lokacinda mutum yake manyanta. Saidai duk da haka akwai matasa da dama masu irin wannan matsala. Wasu daga cikin dalilan wannnan matsalar sune kamar haka:

1. Ciwon suga, hawan jini da yawan kolesterol a cikin jini (diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol). Irin wadannan matsalolin zagayawar jini a jiki da danginsu (blood circulatory problems) sune matsoli na farko masu haddasa rashin karfin mazakutar namiji ga mutane da dama.


2. Ciwon daji (cancer) na iya yima jijiyoyin jini ko hanyoyin sadarwar kwalwa illa, wanda wadannan hanyoyi suke taimakawa wajen mikewar gaba kamar yanda muka yi bayani a
baya.


3. Hadari (accident) wanda ka iya shafar sashen al’aura ko wani bangaren kwalwa mai taimakawa wajen mikewar al’aura.


4. Yawan damuwa akan matsalolinda suka faru da mutum na rayuwa da kadaici (depression).

5. Shan sigari (smoking). Taba ko sigari na cunkushe hanyoyin jini. Tana iya sanya karancin zuwan jini ga al’aura, daga nan sai asamu rashin karfin gaba.

6. Shan giya da kwayoyi (alcoholism and drugs). Matsalar yawan shan-giya na iya haddasa rashin karfin namiji koda kau mutum bai sha giyarba lokacin jima’i, domin kuwa tana zama cikin jini. Haka kuma, shaye-shayen kwayoyi don maye da wasu nau’in kwayoyi da akeba
mararsa lafiya a asibiti (their side effects), kamar kwayoyin maganin ciwon daji (anti-cancer medications).

7. Rashin kwanciyar hankali ko fargaba yayin jima’i (anxiety). Idan mutum yana tunanin cewa bazai iya biyama iyalinsa bukatar jima’i ba (misali sabuwar amaryarsa ) saboda wata matsala da yake fargaba, ko kuma yana tunanin cewa baya gamsar dasu, toh yana iya jefa kansa cikin wani halin fargaba da zaisa ya rasa karfin gaba lokacin saduwa.

8. Karancin sha’awa wanda kai tsaye nada alaka da rashin cikakkiyar lafiyar mutum.

9. Karancin sha’awar saduwa da wata macen cikin matan maigida. Hakan na faruwa idan matar batasan yanda zata jawo hankalin maigidan taba wajen kwanciya. Wannan dalili na haddasa matsalar rashin karfi. Wasu dalilan kuma nada alaka da maigidan kan bukatarsa. Shiyasa wasu mazajen ke kara aure.


10. Yawan Kiba (obesity) na hana maza karfin mazakuta, kuzari da kuma haddasa kankancewar al’aura. Da sauransu.


Idan mutum yasan yanada daya daga cikin wadannan matsaloli, toh yakamata ya garzaya asibiti da wuri domin neman lafiya da kuma shawarwarin likita. Haka kuma yanada matukar muhimmanci mutum ya guji magungunan karfin namiji nakan hanya barkatai. Zamu bayyana abinci na ‘yayan itatuwa, ganye da shawarwari da zasu taimakama masu wannan matsala, nan gaba, insha Allahu. Idan matsalar tayi girma toh mutum ya tafi asibiti kawai dan shawo kan matsalar da wuri. Allah yataimaka. Ameen.

KALUBALE GA MA’AURATA - KASHI NA 1




Salam,
          Abincin tunani shine ilimi, abincin ruhi shine kwanciyar hankali, abincin zuciya farin ciki, abincin sha'awa biyan bukata. Biyan bukatar jima'i tsakanin ma'aura na fuskantar 'kalubale da barazana ga wasu ma'auratan da dama. Shin kokasan cewa rashin biyan bukatar iyalinka zai iya haddasa maku matsaloli munana?
         Wasu masana a wata cibiyar bincike ta kimiyya dake Amurka sun gano  cewa: Biyan bukatar namiji da mace wajen jima'i yasha banban ta fuskar tsawon lokaci. Kashi 68 cikin 100 na mata suna bukatar minti 8  su biya bukatarsu da mazajensu, haka kuma, kashi 45 na wasu matan na bukatar minti 12 yayin saduwa. Abin mamaki shine, kashi 75 na wasu maza na kasa jurewa su tsawaita lokacin biyan bukatarsu zuwa minti 3 ko 6, sabanin lokacinda wasu matan ke bukata don biyan bukatarsu.        Haryanzu  dai babu wani sahihin bayani ko dalili dake bayyana dalilin wannan matsala, saidai wasu bayanai akan dalilan dake iya bada haske gameda matsalar saurin kawowa ga wasu mazan (premature ejaculation). Sune kamar haka:
1.     Matsalar rashin karfin ' da namiji (erectile dysfunction).
2.     Yanayin halittar wasu mazajen.
3.     Samuwar hadari (accident) wanda zai iya shafar al'aurar mutum.
4.     Shaye-shayen magungunan 'da'a da wasu mata keyi barkatai (yana shafar mazajen su).
5.     Cututtuka (masu shafar lafiyar jima'i).
6.     Yawan damuwa.
7.     Istimina'i da gaggawa ( quick masturbation) da wasu matasa keyi tun suna yara kafin suyi aure(wasa da al'aura). Yana shafar lafiyarsu.
8.      Gado daga wajen mahaifan mutum (inherited traits).
9.     'Kagarar yin jima'i.
10.                         Rashin wasanni tsakanin ma'aurata kafin saduwa (ta yanda macen zata iya fara biyan bukatar tad a wuri).

       Muna da shawarwari masu inganci na 'kwararru da magunguna domin magance wannan matsala. Akasari ma, munfi bada shawarwari akan wannan matsala.
