Olsa (القرحة الهضمية / alqurḥah al-hadmiyyah) wani irin gyambo ne da ke fitowa a cikin tumbi ko farkon ƙaramin hanji (duodenum). Idan ya tsananta, yana iya jawo zubar jini a ciki, wanda ke da haɗari sosai.
