YANDA ZAN IYA AMFANI DA HABBATUS SAUDA DOMIN NEMAN LAFIYA

 

1.  Domin karin lafiya:

Cokali daya na man habba a hada da zuma cokali daya asha kafin aci abinci  sau biyu (2) a rana – dare da rana..

 

2.  Hawan jini:

A hada Cokali daya na  garin habba dana zuma gangariya.Sa'annan asanya tafarnuwa dakakka amma 'yar kadan. Asha kafin aci abinci na tsawon kwana ashirin (20).   

 

3. Ciwon dasashi da hakori: 

A tafasa garin habba da ruwan khal (vinegar). Awanke baki dashi.

 

4. Tsutsar ciki:

Asha habba tare da ruwan khal daidai gwargwado.Tana kashe tsutsar ciki sosai.

 

5. Rashin bacci:

Asanya habba cokali daya a cikin kofin shayi asha kafin a kwanta bacci (awa daya kafin a kwanta).

 

6. Rashin Gani da kyau:

A zuba cokali daya (teaspoonful) na man habba a cikin carrot juice asha Kullum har tsawon wata daya.

 

7.  Tari da asma:

Ashafa man habba (ko kuma Habba rob) a kirji da dare kafin a kwanta bacci.
